I was once a kid with no direction
Living life in search of exhilaration
Then a savior found me and guided me to an ambition
For a life filled with devotion
Since honesty is the best policy
I can't see why this path is not for me
For what it's worth internally
This is really who I am meant to be
So please just let me rhyme
In the midst of our prime
Of a melody we used to chime
As a reminder for another time
